Building Symptom-First Care for Every PCOS Journey
We combine clinical expertise, lived experience, and community feedback to design care that adapts to irregular cycles and real-life symptoms.
Our mission
Alaia was created to close the gap between traditional cycle tracking and the day-to-day realities of PCOS. We focus on symptom-first care that respects irregular cycles and empowers informed decisions.
Our product vision
We build tools that centre symptoms, energy patterns, and lived experiences. By integrating evidence-based guidance with data you can trust, we help you connect the dots and prepare for meaningful conversations with your care team.
The people behind Alaia
Built by two people who understand PCOS. Not just from research, but from lived experience.

Laure Santolini
Co-Founder
Laure was diagnosed with PCOS after years of dismissed symptoms and fragmented care. That experience, combined with her background in strategy consulting and a Master in Biotech and Medtech Ventures, drove her to build the tool she wished she'd had.

Manon Vervaeke
Co-Founder
Manon knows firsthand how isolating a PCOS diagnosis can feel. With a background in business and a passion for design, she channels that experience into building an app that finally makes women with PCOS feel seen, prepared, and in control.
